Simple Effective Exercise For Shoulder Arthritis | Feldenkrais Style
This exercise/movement lesson "Shoulder Circles" is from my movement class. This can improve mobility of shoulder girdle and coordination/integration of shoulder girdle with the spine, which helps general functions of shoulder/arm. Before you do this lesson, check movement of your both arms, and after you do a lesson on one side, check movements again and feel the difference.
