Hip Hinge Variations Squat alternatives

While squat is a very functional position and movement we use everyday, it can be challenging for people with knee pain.

In this video, I am showing you alternatives to squat for bending down without stressing your knees. That would be hip hinges.

It's very important to distinguish between hip hinges and back movements. The focus of this video is to teach you hip hinges.
