Work on Developmental Movement Patterns and Improve Your Balance and Walking
In this video I am showing you examples of developmental movements that I use with my clients to improve their functions including balance, walking.
I am a fan of developmental movement patterns as they are fundamental movement "blocks" that are precursors to more complex movements such as walking, running, cycling, etc. As we get older, our functions naturally decline. It's a good idea to go back and practice developmental movement patterns in order to restore and improve functions.
