Create New Movement Patterns and Improve Function
I'm showing 2 movement demos to better explain what it means to develop new movement patterns to improve your functions and how it relates to your back pain or neck pain.
We often get stuck with our habitual movement patterns, which repeat over and over, thus could lead to repetitive stress injuries. We tend to focus and blame on the injured part but we don't really look at whole relationships between the injured parts with other parts. Improving functions and conditions in a true sense requires improving whole relationships, which means developing completely different movement patterns than the ones you have been doing.
My name is Taro Iwamoto. I am a Feldenkrais practitioner and movement expert. On my YouTube channel I share videos of exercises, movement lessons, tips and strategies to improve your functions and life! Please consider subscribing to my channel to stay updated on the latest videos. I typically upload videos on Fridays and/or Saturdays (7am PST).
