[LIVE] Mindful Movement with Taro: Find more comfort in sitting
I will be guiding you through a short (20~30 minutes) Feldenkrais based mindful movement lesson. A theme for this lesson is finding more comfort in sitting. This is a chair lesson, so you'll need a chair with firm seat. This lesson will be followed by Q&A.
