Ankle Stability Tripod Foot Hip Strength Balance
This exercise challenges: ankle/foot stability (tripod foot), hip mobility, strength, and control, and balance. In this video, I was specifically focusing on stabilizing my foot, keeping tripod foot, so my foot/ankle wouldn't roll in/out as I was doing these movements.
