Upper Limb Posture Exercises: Home Program For Self Care
Here are 6 universal posture exercises should belong to your daily posture program.
This has been especially designed for you as an office worker, a programmer, an artist, a musician or anyone who sits a lot for hours.

1:40 upper body reset
my famous upper limb muscle relaxation exercise (10x a day)
5:19 back mobilization exercise
(i.e. how to recreate mobility in your vertebrae)
9:21 mid back strengthening
to avoid slumping / hunched back postures
11:33: chest stretch
(serratus anterior stretching exercise) to open the chest and prevent forward head posture / round shoulders
13:29 lower back stretch and neck stretches
also for the upper trapezius and levator scapulae (common cause of neck pain and headaches!)
14:46 back stretching exercise for the whole spine
