Posture Transitions Training: Sitting, Standing, Lying Down, Kneeling LIKE A PRO

Posture transitions can cause lumbago or a stiff neck.

But with proper training, you can improve your flexibility and control, and stay safe.

In this posture workout, I will show you the 4 principles behind posture transitions training, and we'll apply them to posture exercises. They are taken from martial arts (systema), biomechanics and the observation of how babies move.

Pain in the back, shoulder, arms or any other musculoskeletal pain should not govern your life.
