Travaillez votre équilibre en fléchissant les genoux - Plein le Dos - Semaine 4 - Exercice

Suite à l'exercice d'équilibre de la semaine 3, cet exercice vise également à renforcer les fondations, c'est-à-dire votre appui sous la voûte plantaire. Il est légèrement plus complexe, puisqu'il s'agit de préserver un équilibre parfait tout en pliant les genoux, yeux ouverts et yeux fermés.

Cet exercice important pour la proprioception est une préparation aux activités plus complexes de la vie quotidienne: quand vous bougez, il est important que le corps soit stable sur les pieds, sinon des déséquilibres et des tensions musculaires se créent, entraînant mal de dos, mal de nuque, etc. Par ailleurs, il vous aider à muscler vos jambes.

A nouveau, travaillez lentement, avec précision et concentration: la conscience corporelle se travaille dans le calme. C'est un exercice idéal à faire le matin, de sorte à préparer votre cerveau à la journée à venir.
