How To Optimize Your Stretch Flexibility Routine With Post Isometric Relaxation
This is my optimised daily stretching routine. It increases flexibility and reduces pain in sensitive areas of your body.
I use post-isometric relaxation, one of the greatest ways to increase the effectiveness of stretching exercises.
But be careful when stretching! Most people do wrong stretches: they aren't precise, don't last enough, are done in a bad posture, etc.
