My Travel Bag Essentials - Ergonomic Accessories To Improve Your Comfort & Fix Your Posture
When travelling by public transports or staying at the hotel, we often hurt our back and neck due to bad seats. With a memory foam lumbar cushion, you can drastically improve your sitting posture!
An other useful travel accessory is a small piece of anti slip mat: this will help you prevent slouching if you sit on it. That's a must have in the plane or in the train.
Last one: an elastic training band will allow you to do many simple fitness exercises. Here, I demonstrate how to train your lower trapezius to avoid hunched mid back posture, and how to tone your triceps and your butt :)
You'll also have a sneak peak at my ergonomic desk setup when I use a laptop on the go. My keyboard is a Logitech K380, and I use a vertical mouse (Logitech MX Vertical)
