How NOT to Lift Weights & PROPER Way To Carry Heavy Loads | Save Your Back With Good Lifting Posture

Here is a short video that I shot with my friend Nathan : minimal editing, my apologies for the sound quality, but very practical content! I will show you how to load your drums into the car, or how to lift any bulky equipment without hurting your back.

Remember the biggest principle for manual handling at work and to avoid injuries while lifting: the less your carry, the better! Make sure that
- the load is close to your navel
- you transfer the weight to a third party
- you optimize the trajectory
- you foresee the difficulties beforehand.
