Don't have access to a gym?

You can do pullups and inverted body rows almost anywhere. Suspension straps, a towel, a doorway, even a broomstick can be used creatively to get in some good pulling work.

Look around and see how creative you can be -- but keep safety in mind! While these alternatives can be good for travel, it's best to have a solidly mounted bar at your disposal for regular training.
