Tuck Front Lever Assistance Workout

I put together a simple workout today involving bodyweight strength and some heavy kettlebell pulling work. As I've worked on the front lever in the past, I wanted to start retraining it again and therefore included some tuck front lever dynamic pulls or rotations.

The portable bar I am using is a bit shaky for this type of lever technique, but I made it work. :)

Combo: Up to 10 Times:

5 Tuck Lever Rotational Pulls
5 Heavy Double Kettlebell Cleans (I used a pair of 36 kilogram bells)
10 Reverse Hand Pushups
