No Equipment Full Body Workout
Here's a full body workout that requires no equipment and can be done with a minimum of floor space.
While I designed this workout for "older adults", don't assume that it will be easy! Fortunately, there are some options for scaling techniques.
Here's the full routine:
Superset 3X:
Forward Lunges 10/10
Cossack Squats 5/5
Superset 3X:
Hindu Squats 15
Groiners 10
Bootstrappers: 3 Sets of 15
Superset 3X:
Hindu Pushups 7
Supine Leg Raises 12
Superset 3X:
Shoulder Tap Pushups 6/6
Supine Hollow Body Hold 20 secs
Superset 2X:
Diamond Pushups 7
Back Extensions 10
Superset 3X (the finisher!)
Tuck V-Ups 10
Half Crunches 10
Plyometric Bodybuilders 7
