Each Minute on the Minute Throwdown - No Equipment Required
Set a timer for 10 minutes. At the top of each minute perform the following:
- 8 Hammer Throws
- 8 Burpees
- 10 Tuck Kicks (5/5)
Recover during the rest of your minute interval. As soon as the next minute starts, repeat the cycle for 10 cycles total.
