Kettlebell Foundational Workout for Better Strength & Conditioning
This workout consists of 4 supersets as follows:
Superset 3X:
1A. 10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Military Presses (per side)
1B. 10 Kettlebell Reverse Lunges (per side)
Superset 3X:
2A. 10 Double Kettlebell Floor Presses
2B. 10 Kettlebell Plank Rows (per side)
Superset 3X:
3A: 10 Double Kettlebell Swings
3B: 10 Double Kettlebell Front Squats
Giant Set 3X:
4A: 10 Kettlebell Crush Pushups
4B: 10 Kettlebell Crush Curls
4C: 30 Seconds Farmers Carry w/ kettlebells in the rack position
4D: 30 Seconds Farmers Carry w/ kettlebells in the suitcase position
Rest 1 minutes between each superset. Rest for several minutes between techniques.
