Ax-2 Mission Returns to Earth

Edited video of the undocking on May 30, 2023 and splashdown on May 31, 2023 [UTC] of SpaceX Crew Dragon Freedom on Ax-2, the second private mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

Former NASA astronaut and current Axiom Space Director of Human Space Flight Peggy Whitson commanded the mission. Businessman John Shoffner served as pilot; and Ali AlQarni and Rayyanah Barnawi, two members of Saudi Arabia’s inaugural astronaut class, were Ax-2 mission specialists.
