Connecting Nauka #2: Russian EVA 50 - Novitskiy & Dubrov

Time lapse of the NASA TV feed of the fiftieth scheduled Russian extravehicular activity (EVA), or spacewalk, aboard the International Space Station (ISS). Expedition 65 cosmonauts Oleg Novitskiy (Олег Новицкий) (@novitskiy_iss) and Pyotr Dubrov (Пётр Дубров) performed the #EVA on September 9, 2021 from the Poisk (По́иск) airlock module

This EVA continues the outfitting of the Nauka ('science" in Russian), also known as the Multipurpose Laboratory Module (MLM), for operational status by connecting power and ethernet cables from the Russian Zvezda module.

The pair also connected a cable for the Kurs docking system, allowing it to be used by visiting Russian spacecraft to conduct automated dockings to Nauka.

Lastly, the cosmonauts also attached "Biorisk" experiments to the exterior of the Poisk module.
