What's up, gang? In this video I explain 3 calisthenics exercises that I think are underrated and should get more attention in the bodyweight fitness community. Certain calisthenics skills like planche, front lever, handstand push ups and human flag tend to get most of the attention - and rightfully so because they're so impressive! - but there are a whole bunch of other skills that build incredible strength and flexibility, look impressive and have carry over to other more advanced skills. So in this video I share my thoughts on my top 3 picks.
