Ingredients: (yield: 24 large cookies)
1 cup softened unsalted butter 230 g
dark brown sugar 160 g
2 large eggs 110 g
2 tsp vanilla extract 10 ml
all purpose flour 160 g
1 tsp baking soda 4 g
1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 g
1 tsp sea salt 5 g
old fashioned oats 160 g
raisin 160 g
