Ingredients: (for 8 pumpkin dinner rolls)
Dough: 面团
3&1/2 cup all purpose flour (about 490g) 普通面粉
1/2 tsp sea salt (3 g) 海盐
1 cup warm milk or water (240 ml) 温牛奶
1&1/2 tsp dry active dry yeast (5 g) 酵母粉
1 tsp sugar (5 g) 糖
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter (110 g) 软化的无盐黄油
1 egg 鸡蛋
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml) 香草精

Filling: 馅料
Pumpkin puree (use 200 g pumpkin chunks + 2 tbsp milk) 南瓜泥
4 cooked salted egg yolk 咸蛋黄
2 tbsp dry milk power (12 g) 奶粉
2 tbsp sugar (30 g) 糖
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (8 g) 帕马森奶酪粉
2 tbsp softened unsalted butter (30 ml) 软化的无盐黄油

1 egg yolk for egg wash 蛋黄用于刷表面
1 tbsp unsalted butter brush on top 无盐黄油用于烤好之后刷外部
