2 eggs （鸡蛋）
2 tsp sugar (10 g) （糖）
1 cup milk (240 ml) （牛奶）
1 cup all purpose flour (140 g) （普通面粉）
1/2 tsp salt (1.5 g) （盐）
1 tbsp vanilla extract (5 ml) （香草精）
1 tbsp beets powder dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water (optional) （甜菜粉，选项）
