Ingredients: (yields: 9 pastries)
Water dough:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
pinch of salt
1/3 cup water

Pastry dough:
1/2 cup cake flour (or all purpose flour)
3 tbsp butter

Fillings:
300 g baking dates paste
2/3 cup flour (toasted)

配料：（可做9个枣花酥）
水皮：
1杯普通面粉
1汤匙糖
2汤匙黄油
一点点盐
1/3杯水

酥皮：
1/2杯低筋面粉（或普通面粉）
3汤匙黄油

馅料：
300克枣泥
2/3杯炒熟的面粉
