This matcha sugar cookie is very delicious, and is super easy to make, you don’t even need a mixer! I use white chocolate and writing icing to decorate, try your own way and I'm pretty sure you will have a lot of fun!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (114 g, room temperature)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)
1 cold egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
2 Tbsp Matcha / green tea powder (10 g)
All purpose flour (170 g)
1/2 tsp salt (2 g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (2 g)
White chocolate chips (100 g, or as needed)
2 Tbsp whole milk (30 ml, or as needed)
Decorating writing icing, as needed
Decorating sprinkles, as needed
* Can make 18-20 sugar cookies depending on the size of your cookie cutter.

配料:
1/2 杯无盐黄油 (114 g， 室温)
