Ingredients: (yields: 8 bread)
3/4 cup warm water (180 ml)
1.5 Tbsp active dry yeast (5 g)
1 tsp sugar ( 5 g, add to the yeast water)
Dough:
3 cup all purpose flour (420 g)
1/2 tsp salt (2 g)
2 Tbsp granulated sugar (30 g)
1 egg
4 Tbsp unsalted butter (57 g, melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
1 cup gold raisin (140 g)
Coat with 1 Tbsp olive oil
