Ingredients (Yield: 12 stuffed pretzels)
3 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour (500 g)
1/2 tsp salt (2.5 g) 盐
1 cup lukewarm water (240 ml)
2 tsp active dry yeast (6 g)
1 tsp sugar (5 g)
1 egg
2 Tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
3 Tbsp softened unsalted butter (45 g)
1-2 tsp olive oil for coating

Filling:
Shredded cheddar cheese (180 g)
Chopped bacon (180 g)
* 1 egg yolk mix with 1 Tbsp olive oil for egg wash
