3/4 cup warm milk (180 ml)
2 tsp dry active yeast (6 g)
2 Tbsp +1tsp sugar (35 g, divided)
1/2 tsp salt (2 g)
1/2 cup butter (115 g, divided)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
