Breadsticks 蒜香麵包棍｜阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen

Ingredients: (yield 8 breadsticks)
all purpose flour 250 g
lukewarm whole milk 150 g
1 tsp sugar 5 g
1 tsp active dry yeast 3 g
3 Tbsp melted unsalted butter 45 g
1 Tbsp olive oil for coating
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk+1 tsp milk
After baking brush with:
2 Tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic salt
shredded parmesan cheese as garnish

配料：（可做8根麵包棍）
普通麵粉250克
溫的全脂牛奶 150 克
1小勺糖 5克
1小勺酵母粉 3克
3湯匙融化的無鹽黃油 45克
1湯匙橄欖油用途塗抹外部
刷蛋液：1個鷄蛋黃+1小勺牛奶
烤后刷：2湯匙融化的黃油+半小勺乾歐芹碎+半小勺蒜鹽
上面撒擦碎的帕馬森奶酪
