How's it going, everybody? In this video I explain my top 5 tips to build muscle with calisthenics at home. You can make use of whatever you have (even if it's only your body and gravity) and use these calisthenics muscle building tips to get the most out of your workouts.
Here are the 5 tips I share about how to build muscle with calisthenics:

(If you use the periodization example I provided in the video, keep in mind that volume decreases across the macrocycle, but each time you repeat the macrocycle you can increase the volume slightly. This is how you can implement volume-based progressive overload (Tip 2) and periodization (Tip 4) together. Also, you could increase the volume week-by-week in the lower and moderate intensity mesocycles)
