Ingredients:
6 skinless chicken thighs
2 stalks of lemongrass, minced
2 shallots, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece of ginger, minced
1/2 hot pepper, minced
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp lime juice
vegetable oil as needed
