Cherry Galette 樱桃派｜阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen

Pastry dough:
all purpose flour 160 g
1/2 cup unsalted butter 113 g (cold, cut into small pieces)
1 TBSP granulated sugar 15 g
1/2 tsp salt 2 g
2-3 TBSP ice water

Filling:
fresh cherry 450-500 g (peel and core)
1/3 cup granulated sugar 67 g
pinch of salt
2 tsp lemon juice 10 ml
1&1/2 TBSP cornstarch 15 g

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tsp milk

1 TBSP Coarse sugar sprinkle on the top ( optional)

饼皮:
普通面粉 160 g
1/2 杯无盐黄油 113 g (冷的状态切成小块)
1 汤匙砂糖 15 g
1/2 小勺盐 2 g
2-3 汤匙冰水

内馅:
新鲜樱桃 450-500 g （切半，去核）
1/3 杯砂糖 67 g
一点点盐
2 小勺柠檬汁 10 ml
1&1/2 汤匙淀粉 15 g

刷蛋液：
1个鸡蛋+1小勺牛奶混合

上面撒上粗粒砂糖
