Challah Bread 哈拉麵包｜阿屋厨房 Awoo Kitchen

Ingredients:
lukewarm water 180 g
sugar 5 g (add to the water first)
active dry yeast 7 g
all purpose flour 500 g
sugar 50 g
kosher salt 6 g
2 large eggs
olive oil 60 g
1 Tbsp olive oil for coating
Sesame as garnish (optional)

Egg wash:
1 egg, beaten

配料：
