Ingredients: (yield: 30 cookies)
3 cup almond flour, 300 g (adjust)
1 tsp baking powder, 5 g
pinch of salt
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter 113 g
Erythritol & Monk Fruit sweetener, 80 g
1 large egg, 55 g
1 tsp vanilla extract, 5 ml
1 Tbsp cacao powder or as needed
