Ingredients: (yield: 20 hand pies)

Filling:
2 apples (about 430 g)
1/3 cup sugar 70 g or to your taste
1 tsp ground cinnamon 2 g
1/4 tsp nutmeg 1g
pinch of salt

2 boxes ready-to-bake pie crust (425 g each)
