Phase SiX Kettlebell Flow Breakdown

Here is a new Breakdown for you guys, this time covering one our favorite full body Kettlebell Flows!

This is a great one to incorporate into your training to build strength, explosive power, speed, agility and mobility as well as increase coordination and awareness!

This one can easily be broken down into two Phases, then combined to form the flow!

⚡️THE FLOW:
▪️KB Deadlift - Clean + Squat - Swing Snatch + Reverse Lunge

⚡️STEP 1:
▪️Kettlebell Deadlift x 10

⚡️STEP 2:
▪️Alt. Single KB Clean + Squat x 4-6 each side

⚡️STEP 3:
▪️Alt. Swing Snatch + Reverse Lunge x 4 - 6 each side

Only ONE kettlebell is required, so this can be done anywhere at anytime!

Take care (and your time) with this one as it requires a lot of strength and mobility to perform safely and efficiently.
