Phase SiX Kettlebell Flow Breakdown

The strength and stability based nature of this flow is a great one to incorporate into your training especially if you practice any form of Martial Arts or are a combat sports athlete looking to add variety into your training!

It can also work to increase your agility, coordination and awareness!

This one can easily be broken down into 2 Phases, then combined to form the flow!

⚡️THE FLOW:
▪️Single Arm KB Deadlift - Single Arm KB Sprawl

⚡️PHASE 1:
▪️ Single Arm KB Deadlift x 6 each side

⚡️PHASE 2:
▪️Single Arm KB Sprawl x 6 reps each side

Only ONE kettlebell is required, so this can be done anywhere at any time!

Take care (and your time) with this one, always focus on quality over quantity as well as moving with intent and purpose!!
