Here is a new Flow Breakdown for you guys, this time covering one my new favourite Movement Prep Flows!
This one can be used to build strength as well as increase coordination, awareness and mobility!
This one can easily be broken down into Three Phases, then combined to form the flow!
⚡️THE FLOW:
▪️KB Hip Escape x 2 - Roll to Combat Position x 2 - Samurai Walks (Shikko)
⚡️STEP 1:
▪️Kettlebell Hip Escape x 30 Secs
⚡️STEP 2:
▪️Kettlebell Roll to Combat Stance x 30 Secs
⚡️STEP 3:
▪️ Kettlebell Samurai Walks x 30 Secs
While this workout has been designed with Martial Artists and combat athletes in mind, as always these movements can be translated into any form of training regardless of your practice or sport!
Take care (and your time) with this one as it requires a lot of strength and mobility to perform safely and efficiently.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast!
