The Movement Revolution begins..

On the 13th September 2020 the founders of Phase SiX, Jay and Steph Rose hosted the first ever bodyweight workshop at the world renowned Roger Gracie Academy HQ in London.

It was an incredible way to end the last event of our UK tour with this inspiring group of individuals!

The focus and intent with every movement displayed by every person there was truly inspiring for us to watch and the energy was through the roof!

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended.

Your dedication to education and self development was incredible to witness and we can not wait to see you again the next time we visit London!
