Get prepared to get back on the mats and become comfortable in those uncomfortable positions with this Movement Prep workout!

These 3 exercises are an awesome combination of movements to prime your joints, increase your strength and mobility which can directly improve your overall performance and longevity.

⚡️2 - 3 Rounds

⚡️A1.) S-Sit Switch to Lizard + Shin Slide + Repeat x 6 Reps each side
▪️30 Secs rest

⚡️A2.) Side Kick Through (Slow) x 6 Reps each side
▪️30 Secs rest

⚡️A3.) Budokon Cross Legged Gorillas x 30 Secs
▪️30 Secs rest

While this workout has been designed with Jiu Jitsu, grapplers and combat athletes in mind, as always these movements can be translated into any form of training regardless of your practice or sport!
