Been a while but I'm back at it again, this time me and Nicolettea got in the lab and put in some work. This young lady is big on Yoga and wanted to throw some weight training in her regimen, so I threw this full body HIIT workout at her hope you all enjoy!

- 3x30 secs Seated DB Curls
- 3x30-45 secs DB Plank Rows
- 3x30 secs Dips
- 3x60 secs DB Front Squat
- 3x45-60 secs DB Twist X Wall Sit
- 3x60 secs DB Deadlift
