How To Do Hip Abductor X Leg Raise - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Hip Abductor X Leg Raise

Muscle(s): Core, Abductors

Starting Position: Laying flat on your back with resistance band around your ankles, hands on your lower back, lift your feet about one foot off the ground and hold it there.

Movement: Slowly and concisely open your legs up wide and return to starting position, repeat for desired amount of reps!
