How To Do Single Arm Dumbbell Arnold Press #Shoulders - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Single Arm DB Arnold Press

Muscle(s): Shoulder (Delts)

Starting Position: Sitting down, with one hand on your hip.  The other holding a dumbbell at about a 90 degree angle elbow pointing in front, with your palm facing you.

Movement: As you push the arm with the dumbbell up and over your head, twist your hand so your palm is facing out away from you when you reach the top.  On the way down, twist the palm back toward you when you reach the starting position. Repeat for the desired amount of reps with each arm!
