How TO Do V Sit X Back Row - Three6Five Fitness
Exercise: V Sit X Back Row
Muscle(s): Core, Back
Starting Position: Sitting down while slightly leaning at the center of the pulley machine, knees bent and your feet should not be touching the floor. You should make a "V" shape with your torso and your legs. Firm grip on handles as your arms will also form a "V" shape.
Movement: While balancing and engaging your core in this "V" position, with your arms you want to slowly press your shoulder blades back and try to make them touch. Then release the tension and return to starting position and repeat for desired repetitions.
