How To Do A Lateral Push Up (Glider) - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Lat Push Up

Muscle(s): Chest, Back, Shoulder, Tri

Movement:
Begin in push up position, with one hand on ground and the other hand on a glider. As you lower your body, the hand on the ground stays in place while the other simultaneously is going straight away from your body with the elbow slightly bent. You want to lower the chest as close to the ground as possible without touching it and then return to original position. Repeat for desired reps and switch glider hands.
