Suns Out Buns Out! Me and Sanjidah linked up on this day to set those glutes on fire, she did a great job. I feel super weird doing glute exercises personally, stupid I know but as a basketball player it wasn't a primary muscle I was looking to build. As a trainer of course every woman I train wants their glutes to be nice and tight, so here is a dope glute workout for anyone looking to sit pretty in those jeans!

- 3x12 (Each Leg) Step Throughs
- 3x10 (Each Leg) Rear Cable Kickback (Machine)
- 3x12 (Each Leg) Rear Cable Kickback (Cable)
- 3x20 (Each Leg) DB Donkey Kicks
- 3x12 Lunge Outs
