How To Do An Advanced Plank (Bosu Ball) - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Advanced Plank W/Bosu Ball

Muscle(s): Core, Tricep

Movement:
Starting Position: On your knees with both arms directly under your shoulders balancing on the bosu ball.
Movement: From the starting position with hands still on bosu ball step back into push up position. Hold this position for desired amount of time.
