How To Do Kettlebell Two Hand Sit-Up - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Kettlebell Two Hand Sit-Up

Muscle(s): Core

Starting Position:
Laying flat on your back, arms extended straight above you toward the ceiling holding on to kettlebell.

Movement:
From starting position, without the use of your hands engage your core to lift your torso off the ground until you are sitting all the way up. Then return back down to the starting position. Repeat this for the desired amount of reps.
