How To Do Squat X Military Press - Three6Five Fitness

Exercise: Squat X Military Press

Muscle(s): Full Body

Starting Position:
Feet shoulder width apart, standing in between the resistance band. Handle at shoulder level with palms facing up.

Movement:
From the starting position, execute a standard squat. On the way up from the squat you will raise your arms above your head to complete your military press. Repeat for desired amount of reps.
