There is no excuses or not being healthy! It is important to keep your mind, BODY, and soul on point. No Gym, NO PROBLEM. Here I have a core workout that will help you define your abs, no equipment necessary all you need is your body so lets get to it!!
Set/Rep Scheme:
3 sets of 10 - 20 reps
Rest Scheme:
40 - 60 secs between sets
Exercises:
Crunch
Side Crunch
Sit & Reach
Toe Taps
